First Visit

Your first visit to our office is a very important one. Dr. Kurtz and Dr. Lee will perform an oral examination, review or request any X-rays and 3D scans, and discuss your personal oral health goals. If you have any questions during this time, your oral surgeon will be happy to answer them.

Please allow some extra time to complete paperwork and check in. Arriving to your consultation ahead of time ensures we can make the most of your appointment.

You should bring the following items to your first appointment:

A parent or legal guardian must be present if a patient is under the age of 18.

To ensure your safety throughout your treatment, it is important to inform us if you have any medical conditions that may be of concern prior to surgery, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, rheumatic fever, artificial valves and joints, etc.
